Pepperoni Deep-Dish

1 loaf frozen Rhodes dough(let thaw and rise)
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Pepperoni

Roll out dough. Put in pans and place pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni, then add another layer of
cheese and pepperoni. Of course you can add any toppings you want to make this a meat or veggie
lovers deep dish.

Bake at 400 for 15-18 minutes.

If you are going to freeze for later you do not have to cool first, just cover and freeze. These also make
an excellent quick lunch for the kiddos or a great dinner with a salad on the side.
